This is a local annual Carnival event, it starts with a parade from Broadclough down Burnley Road into Bacup Town centre and then on down Market Street to Park Road and then into Stubbylee and Moorlands parks. There are performances in Moorlands Park and lots of fairground attractions and stalls etc
