Staying Covid19 Secure

August 2020:

We have the OK to open and are working on a plan to keep us all safe - more info coming soon and will be posted on this page.

March 2020:

Unfortunately, like most of the world at the moment, we are closed in order to try to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 Virus.

Our staff are currently working on a voluntary basis to try to help people through the crisis. We are working on Live Online Family Sessions and Online Classes as well as recorded material to keep people up to date with their skills. We hope that our effort will contribute in some way to keeping people active, healthy and positive.

Please keep up to date with our posts on Facebook

We also have a You Tube Channel and plan to put some material on there too. You can also search for us on Instagram and Tik Tok.
