Dansworks Dance Academy currently work within a large number of local academic schools, nurseries and Children’s Centres in Rossendale in a variety of ways. 
We run After School Clubs, Breakfast Clubs or Holiday Clubs as well as special Performing Arts Days/Weeks, workshops, events and themed dance days at the Schools request.
Recent events have included:-
- A day of Greek Dance
- Choreography and tuition for School Talent Shows
- A day of dance for Arts Week
- Rock n Roll, Irish Dance, Salsa, Samba, for PE classes
- Performances at School Fairs
Dansworks also work with schools and teachers to provide dance tuition for Key Stage 1 and 2 PE lessons in accordance with National Curriculum guidelines.
We also provide dance classes for local nurseries providing a fun introduction to dance for Pre School children using a variety of props, dance styles and music genre.
Dansworks also work with local Children’s Centres and Holiday Clubs providing dance workshops, Dance Tots (parent and toddler dance), pre-school dance sessions, full days of dance and also dance workshops for the whole family.
We have also provided dance workshops for many other community organisations and are happy to discuss any requirements.
